We use Australia Post as our main carrier. All national posts are tracked and insured and clients are advised by email of the tracking details and can directly monitor this for themselves. To avoid disappointment you should order 14 days prior to expected delivery as dispatch usually takes at least 1-2 business days and Australia Post may take a further 5-10 business days for delivery.
Postage and insurance is free. Photographs are rollposted in a tube to avoid damage and may need to be uncurled upon receipt.
We are committed to fulfilling orders and dispatching as fast as possible and we are constantly monitoring to avoid shipping delays. If for any reason (such as supply train issues) there might be an unusual delay in fulfilling the order, we undertake to contact the purchasor by email to confirm mutually acceptable arrangements.
We also offer product by direct handover by arrangement made through email. This handover needs to be convenient for all parties, and can consist of a delivery by us to you or by pickup at Ballarat by you. There is no reduction in price if this arrangement is followed.
International orders can be facilitated but there is likely to be an additional charge for this, tracking to some destinations is not always possible. Delivery times are likely to be significantly longer and we would arrange such a delivery on a case by case basis.
